Loaded Lingo

I believe it means laden with meaning. Typically, the kind of language that is not superficially charged, but taken in context carries more meaning, intentionally. Comedians use loaded language as a matter of course.

Double entendre is loaded language, in a simplistic sense.
 
I don't think there are rules for that, but it's simply a matter of preference. I'm not gonna be a moderator right now, just myself, and ask you if you're willing to reduce it in size.
