Open up a graphics program (Paint works fine)
Paste
Crop
Copy
New
Paste
Save as
Upload to image Hosting software

and i can't copy and paste...

You should have a key on your keyboard called Print Scrn - press this.

Once in the graphics program you can then - Edit - Paste
Or just press Ctrl+V (in Paint)
