Michael Marshall: The Lonely Dead

Got the novel The Lonley Dead by Micheal Marshall because I liked his SF novels and this one sounded like a good read.

I was wondering if anybody has read the first one called The Straw Man? Do I need to read that one first or am I ok with just this?

I HIGHLY suggest you read Straw Men first. Fantastic series with number 3 Blood of Angels out now. I read them a year apart each and had to really really think hard to remember what he was referring to soetimes. Fantastic books! Let me know what you think.

They're quite good but indepth. You have to pay attention to them or you'll miss something and get lost. Try them and let me know what you think.
