Mouse that Roared Prequel

I have just started to read the Mouse That Roared Series after the books sitting on my shelf for 20 years... Don't know why. Anyway Looking up the Series the one I don't have is "Beware of the Mouse" It was the Second Book in the Series by Leonard Wibberley. All I would like to know is why is this book so hard to find and when I look on Amazon all the Used books are $60 and above. Why is this one so Rare??????

So far have enjoyed the books a great deal. And they are not outdated as you would think for something over 50 years old.

The Mouse That Roared is a great book; it's story is as topical as when it was first published and it has a good dose of humor.
I haven't read any of the other novels in the Mouse series.

Beware of the Mouse may be expensive because I think it has been out of print since the 1970s.
