in chapter two of lord of the flies...does jack actually kill the pig?

Secondly, I still don't think you're going to get much help! I know this is a novel (ha ha, pun not intended) suggestion, but why don't you just read the book? If the incident you describe is in Chapter 2, then you won't even have to read that much...

Piggy kills the pig..that's why he's called Piggy. Or is it? Actually this is a trick question. The pig is killed in chapter four.

No. It's chapter 7, when that big ufo comes down and starts playing loud tunes. The pig has a heart attack and dies from fright.
