Hmm, bored of the rings, but at least the book is better than the film

I don't believe I mentioned Lord of the Rings above, and I am not dissing the books as much as the films. The books were rather enjoyable at a younger age but somehow lost their appeal when real life set in.

I shan't continue this here so please post your inevitable reply in a relevant thread :D
