Hello, my name is Brandon Huffman and I am an author from the Philly area. After nine long years of balancing life, I have managed to finish Aero's Wake, the first of five novels in my first series: The Element Wars. I wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know about my novel.
It is a young adult, urban fantasy fiction novel about people who have the ability to manipulate the four elements: air, water, earth, and fire. Below is the description/ pitch I have been using:
Austin Moorin was just a normal teenager, until he found out he was so much more. His entire life is turned upside down when he finds out he is divin, an individual who has the amazing ability to control the four elements: air, water, earth, and fire. He finds out the woman he thinks is his mother has lied to him his entire life. However, before he can learn the truth, he is forced to go on the run by the Eternals, a group of divin who mysteriously want him dead. With no friends, no family, and no answers, will Austin even be able to make it through everything alive?
