In addition to my children and my job, reading and talking about books is my great passion. I love getting new suggestions and hearing what other people think about the books I've read. I think this might be one of the right places for that. ;) Another community which I joined eight months ago and which I enjoy very much is BookCrossing. I'm really into this "release your books"-thing. :)

My taste in reading is varied; but every now and then I need a good mystery, preferably an English or American one. I've read a lot of novels by Grafton and Crombie lately.

Hope we all have a good time and lots of bookish talk here. :)

Oh, thank you. What a pity I must admit that I am not that creative at all. The name has been taken from a children's book ("Inkheart" by Cornelia Funke) which I liked very much and can recommend to older readers as well. Actually, it is a must read for all book lovers. :)
 
I bought Inkheart a few months ago! :) Unfortunately, it is still stuck in my 40-strong "to read" pile. :rolleyes:
