Overcoming writers block...

Hi all
I am writing a new childrens book at the mo, but I have come to a mental stop. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to overcome writers block....? Anyone.....Please...

I just try to find things that are interesting to me. I find newspapers pretty helpful for that, the odd stuff that lingers around the back pages.

Try writing something else for awhile, something wildly different, and see if that gets the ideas flowing.
