Q-Bert game question

Halo

New Member
I'm showing my age here, but does anyone remember the Q-Bert game? It involved jumping around a pyramid, changing the colour of the hexagons(?), whilst avoiding the snakes and not jumping over the edge of the pyramid. Sometimes you had to change the colours more than once as the game progressed.

Anyway, my question is: does anyone know if this game was ever available for the Sega Megadrive?

Thanks. :)

I loved Q-bert!. I'd give anything to see that game again.:( Can't answer your gaming question, but I hope someone can say that it's out on PS2.

Thanks SFG, it was a great game! I know it was available on the ancient Atari 2600, and it's on PC, but I need to know if it was ever on the Megadrive.

Thanks very much for the link, Libre! Happy memories *sigh* :D

Well, I found the official Sega site and asked them my question. Unfortunately, they say that there has never been a version for the Megadrive. :(

I don't know about the PS2 though, SFG75.

Apparently there's a Q*Bert for the PlayStation: Review.

Oh wierd! We were just talking about this game. My sister has it on her phone!
What about kick start? I had it for my commador 64 and i loved it. It was a bike game where you need to jump over loads of buses and stuff.
