I saw this article and wasn't very interested in it till i realized it was rather similar to the movie The Edukators.

The note left on the statue is pretty much the same notes the educators leave in the movie ,and they never broke anything or would keep anything.Just leave the notes to send their messages..heh i found the article funny once i realized the similarity.
