Rumor is.......

Interested members will PM their addresses to the organizer, who in turn, will send PM's to folks as to who their person is. From that point on until say.....whenever, members mail out their gifts to their secret santa person.

Common items sent have been books and cards. Participants can post what books they like and ask the organizer to PM the person to find out more specifics as to what particular books the person may or may not have. The organizer hasn't been chosen yet, though rumor has it, she has already agreed to be the brains behind the operation.:flowers:

People will be matched according to what country they are in. If you are in America, you won't have someone in Great Britain. If you are in Europe, you won't have someone in Singapore, etc. Cost will be minimzed as much as possible. This is a great way to get to know folks, a good excuse to inflate your post count, and you'll get a book out of the deal.:)

I looked back at the last one we did. Start date: December 1st.

I will post another thread to start things up and outline how it's supposed to go by October 18th. I may very well be the *matchmaker*:D
