Salem's Lot 631 page's?

After seeing the new version of Salem's Lot on TV I thought to myself how much I would like to reread the book.
I read the book back in High School when it first came out and imediatly became one of my most favorite books and still is, But I dont remember this book being 631 pages?
Seemms like it wasnt much over 300, Is this right or has the book been revised and has added pages to it like The Stand?

Nope, it is. I went and found it in my library. It's the original, from before the movie. It's 599 (but the newer ones probably use a different type).
