I dont remeber an auther or title. There are at least 7books in the series. here is what I remeber of the books I have read.
In the first book the boys uncle finds him after having been missing for years. Before his uncle can explain anything he is sucked into the adventure. Traveling theoughvtime and space to different dimensions. He is seperated from hs uncle and swent on his journy to find him and earth.
In another book he is sent to Earth year prior to his time and must use the technologyvof the day to defeate evil and save earth.
Anotherworld is a technologicaly adanced world he must adapt to in order to save it from its very close destruction.
He is then sentg to a waterworld. He makes friends with a boy his own age, fights shark like creaturea
