selling books?

Hi guys,

I really hope you can help me with this. While packing all our stuff into many many boxes i came across a hidden treasure chest fulled with old books. i was thrilled to find so many new yet very old books. i have since read them all (well almost) and was wandering if anyone knows of a place online where i can get my books valued, because im sure they will fetch a healthy price.

My most prized possession is a Ralph Emerson book dated 1906...
I know, i was shocked too, but as it is of little use to me now, and with me having moved i find myself fairly low on the financial side. Any help as to who to contact or which sites to visit would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
justizguy

You probably don't want to get rare books valued online. Condition plays an important part in figuring resale value. You should find a used book dealer and start from there. They may be able to provide a value for you, or they can refer you to someone else.
