What is the number of lines from a song that you can actually quote on text without incurring in copyright infringement? Or am I doing it just by quoting a line? Should lyrics in a foreign language be translated?
 
I think no matter what you have to get permission on song lyrics. From what I understand, some people will just say, "Whatever, we don't care" and others will demand money...if you mention the song by title they can't do anything though.
