The Garbage police fined me

As I got home today I noticed a sitation on our trash can. We did not seperate our Recyclables good enough and were givin a bill by the trash police. our next door neihbor said he saw some guy going through our cans but didnt realize it was the trash police. Wow, you get fined if it`s not seperated at least 90% recyclabes. Now I`ve seen it all.

The way I see it, you have three options:

1. Pay the fine, and do a better job separating your trash in the future.

2. Pay the fine, and hope you don't get caught again.

3. Don't pay the fine.
