That was brief. Seems a bit pointless to me, but I might just not like short poems.

The picture seemed to just make it extra silly.

The meaning.......

It's not necessarily a poem ( that I know of ).

If you watch the 1984 version of Frank Herbert's " Dune " ,
Patrick Stewart says it in a particular scene.

I just thought it's somewhat goes with the picture.
Politics, war, and the desert sands.
