What is this book?

OK, here is the story.

Once upon a time this wabbit was in a book shop. This wabbit saw a book. The book sounded really interesting. The writer has written the book by writing on a scap a little bit on a scrap of paper every day untill the book as finished. I saw the name kurt vonnegut mentioned on here and that rings a bell. Could he be the author? So bascially, even on so damn little, anybody know what this book is called and it's author? I would like to try to get hold of it.

I'm a fan of Vonnegut, and have read many of his novels, but I've never seen that one.

Could be wrong, though.

Well, maybe somebody will know. I just thought it was really interesting way to write a book. I kick myself for now having gotten it at the time!
