What's the deal Amazon?

I wanted to pick up Joe Haldeman's The Forever War and some John Scalzi but it seems that these are no longer "sold by Amazon". I can still get copies through third party resellers on Amazon but not from Amazon proper (I have a Prime account and get free 2 day shipping on items sold by Amazon). What's up with that? Those books aren't out of print, are they?

Ah, so that explains it. St. Martin's Press and TOR are both Macmillan owned presses.

*shakes fist angrily at Amazon*
