    Should eyezOnme be banned?

I have no problems with eyezOnme. I find his threads and posts to be thought-provoking and somewhat stimulating, if not a little off-the-wall.:)

    Does This Happen to You?

I have a problem reading/focusing at around sunset. I don't know why. The lamp lights are not enough and the sun is setting so that's not enough either. It's just until it's fully dark and the lights are on inside that I can read. Weird?

Do you like to read with background noise, or need complete silence?

I can handle alot of noise when I read - as long as the noise isn't in the immediate room that I'm in. My house if pretty active so I'm used to noise. But I can't read with the TV on. Most cases it's late at nite and fairly quiet. When the "garage band" is playing, which gets really loud, I...

    Are you a cynic?

Surely you can't be calling me odd? ;) Well, anyway, I thought it would be interesting to see what people think of themselves for a change instead of what they think of others. But, on the other hand, it's what they think of others that defines what they think of themselves.

    Are you a cynic?

Do you have a sneering disbelief in sincerity? :( Be truthful. You either are or you are not. Which is it? And why? Are you over 30? ;)

Thanks Stewart and Gem. I just changed my signature to reflect my mood.:)

    Should eyezOnme be banned?

I voted "No". Reasons: 1. He is not the one to use the word "fucko" first. 2. He used no profanity in any posts. I've seen way worse attacks than his on other boards. 3. He's not an actual threat to anyone. 4. His opinion does count even if you don't agree with it - he has a...

    I'm moving on

I think it's very good. I "get" what you're trying to say. You do it very well. I like your use of analogies. :)

Hi Zeppelino. Welcome to the boards. :)

    Question Game

Most definitely not. I would never even consider getting a tatoo at my age (I'm over 40). Not because I don't like them. It seems to be a trend for "older ladies" to get tatoos. However, I love to see other's tats. I think it is a fine way to express one's individuality. I...

    Why Can't Female Writers Write?

Okay eyezOnme. I'm done with you. You have stooped lower than I hoped by plagiarizing. Once you've done that, nothing you say can be believed, straight up!:(

    Why Can't Female Writers Write?

Smila - there are no "really nice boards". This is the internet! There are always trolls. There are always "cliques" - even on the www. If that's all it takes for you to leave then maybe it's best if you go. I'd hate to see you do it though, just because of a poster that you don't agree...

    Why Can't Female Writers Write?

I am very impressed by your reply. Maybe you have shown some of these other nay-sayers that you actually are entitled to an opinion - as long as it's expressed in a fairly intelligent manner, which you did here. I'm wondering if you are a writer yourself. But, surely you cannot be so...
