    Elizabeth Kostova: The Historian

    I was a little hesitant to read this at first, simply becuase it was SO BIG and I didn't want to waste my valuable reading time. Definately not sorry to have read it though. I really enjoyed it.

    Since May 18th I've read 38. I would guess I've probably read maybe 50 this whole year. the first five months were light reading. I'll likely read at least three more before year end as I quit my job on Tuesday (EEEEP)

    Pet Peeves in reading?

    Books that wrap up all neat and tidy n the end when you don't understand HOW the book wrapped up that quickly. I hate it when I find myself wondering if the author just ran out of time/energy/ideas and neatly wrapped it up. IE The Birth of Venus and The Secret Book of Grazia Dei Rossi
