i'm sure a lot of you already know about it, but bookmooch.com is an online book trading site that is totally free to join and really easy to use. i figure the more people who are on it, the greater the chances are of me getting what i want! so join up people!

i got my friend a nice fairy tale collection for her baby shower - she loved it.

my mom always read "the polar express" to us on christmas eve. we had the special edition version that came with a sleigh bell and she and my dad would pretend that they couldn't hear the bell ringing (if you've read the story, you know what i'm talking about.) we're now 21, 19 and 17 years old...
try "the hanged man" by francesca lia block. it's YA, but i really love it and have read it a few times. it's very beatiful and has a lot of tarot references (as you can probably tell from the title.)
i would go to imdb.com, look up the the movie and see who is credited with writing it. if it's based on a book then the credit will go to the original author and also the screenwriter and typically it specifies which is which. i would imagine that it'll make it a lot easier to find once you know...
