Since she prevailed in the lawsuit brought against her for plagiarism, I don't think you're correct in stating that she stole her whole plot. You might want to be a bit careful about what you accuse people of because that post of yours is coming perilously close to defamation.

try the percy jackson series by rick riordan. they're very exciting and reletively short. the first one is the lightning theif.

No book can get as good as Harry Potter - in my opinion. The Golden Compass was OK, but not like Harry Potter. Bartimaeus Trilogy books are ok....

i used to think the same thing until I read the Pellinor books and The twilight series those really got me back into reading,oh and i almost forgot The Singer of All Songs is good to.
