Army of darkness - Great movie!
Quote:
It's out there. It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead...
It is hilarious to begin a rag on someone’s work for having no substance by saying "The more I think...", it would require little or no thought at all if this were true!;)
You were making a joke...right?
A bar is not a good place to try wines. Even if they have a wide selection bars and restaurants can charge up to 4X what you can buy the same retail. Also, the more expensive wines are usually sold by the bottle since once they are opened they have to be preserved. Some establishments have...
I am a big fan of the impressionist school. I really like Monet, Manet and Pissaro.
Although an expressionist, my favorite painter is Vincent Van Gogh. I have been to the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam two times. The story of his life is a great tragedy. I like all of his paintings...
I used to love Warsteiner! My taste in beer changes often. Right now I have been drinking a lot of Grolsch and Heineken.
The beer I keep coming back to is Guinness Stout!
I sometimes brew my own, but not very much any more. Too many good beers out there I can just pick off the shelf and...

To me a true writer is someone who is not only compelled to tell a story, but who has written thousands and thousands of words, sentences and paragraphs, and has honed their craft to nice flowing prose and has developed a voice of their own. If the reason you are writing is to be able to say...
I think many of us can relate to haw you feel. I have a few family members who you basically described in your post. I usually work 56 hours a week to keep up with customer purchase orders. I have a cousin who has nothing/does nothing who just took off for a month long backpacking trip...
Toenails usually do not fall off unless you run many, many miles a week. This is common in Ultramarathon runners who can log a hundred or more miles a week training. Black toenails are more common, but usually are not bad enough to come off.
I would say your friend who ran the 5k has shoes...
The scene where Shelley Duvall sneaks over to Jack's typewriter and reads the "all work and no play..." sent shivers up my spine! And of course you just knew he was going to walk in!
I really enjoyed this book. It gave me several relaxing evenings of great entertainment. I look forward to reading other books by her...this was very good for her first.
Great Topic!!!
I Love Wine. Give me red, except on a hot summers day I like a soft, crisp white.
I am going to the Five Finger Lakes area in New York to visit some wineries there. Anyone have any suggestions?

Am I the only one dissapointed in this season? Looks like Carmella is really questioning where she is headed in her life. I just wish I knew where the show was headed.
I love to watch a film with Christopher Walken. I have to agree with Johnie Depp being a good actor, when he plays a character, he is that character.
I also enjoy Deniro, Pacino and many others.
I go on several hiking trips a year. Most of my fathers family hike, Kayak and climb. I am the only one that mountain bikes. We log about 100 to 200 miles a year on overnight (large backpacks) or multinight hikes. You can add another 100 miles when counting dayhikes (small pack/water).
I...
