    Nature Literature

My favorite nature book is Two in the far North - by Margaret Murie. It's a wonderful biography about her difficult pioneer life in Alaska and how she came to champion the Alaskan National Wilderness. It's also an amazing love story about her and her husband Olaf's long and wonderful marriage...

    Tell a lie

Sofia, you'll never make it without them. It's only going to get worse. You should run after them and beg them to come back, or your life will be meaningless.

    Tell a lie

Hmmmm How should I answer this one? If the statement was a lie (this is a liers forum) then I would have to answer you now that it was true to follow the rule of this thread ie: to lie. If on the other hand it was a true statement (ie: I did not just get a new Mercedes) then to correct...

    Reporting from Lebanon

Guys, I would love to discuss this "war" but this is Samerron's thread. Could we move our discussion to it's own place so we can argue without losing site of his plight? I have pretty strong opinions about what it going on over there, and I'm champing to discuss and learn but I've been...

Guys, now that he's gone I know we'll all be watching for Samerron's return. Let's keep a good thought or pray in our heads while we wait.

The Third Secret - Steve Berry

I read this book a couple of months ago. It's not literature but it's a good solid read in the style of TDVC. The story line has some decent twists and I enjoyed the ending quite a bit. If you enjoy this TDVC format you will like this book.

    Winston Churchill

As a terribly ethnocentric American I know so little about this very important man. Very embarrasing:eek: . Whenever I hear a little blurb I always say "I have got to read about this amazing man" I know there are many biographys to choose from. I just don't want a poorly written and dry read...
