    What are you editing?

    Mass Effect Series

Which ending did you get? put it it spoilers. What "readiness" were you? I found a lot of assets, but I don't have online...so my readiness is gonna stink.

    Hi from middle California

Meh, more I read about book thief, the more it doesn't interest me. "Death" as narrator...really? Have heard some people say it's a good book...maybe one day I'll listen to the audio.

    Hi from middle California

I thought I'd heard The book thief on CD but I don't remember Hitler Youth being in that, so maybe what I read was a different book. I thought it was written by the Inkspell author. Maybe I'm just crossing my authors.

    Mass Effect Series

Midway through now...it is awesome so far. I read the endings, but I don't mind spoilers. You kind of have to expect something grim from a galactic invasion story.

    Jeff Shaara: The Rising Tide

I picked up one of the civil war books, but didn't finish it. Perhaps I'll try this series....um it is a series right?

    Sherlock Holmes Canon - Completed!

Holmes is awesome....sometimes takes a little getting used to...I'd almost rather watch the movies.

    Hi from middle California

I'm jealous of your retired state :-P I am listening to an audiocd about the Hitler Youth...very interesting stuff...but generally I stick to fiction. Hi and welcome.

    Hi everyone

I take it you're not much of a kindle guy. Perhaps that would make your wife happier...less stacks of books.

    Quest for a Literary Crush

What are the Dresden Files? I'd recommend Nancy Drew but she might be a bit young for ya :-) Detective Nikki Heat might be another possibility.

    Mass Effect Series

I might have the guide book before the game, so I'll probably be spoiled enough as it is...I play the game a few times through anyway, so it doesn't matter.

    hello from Spain

Haven't read too many thrillers....sci-fi and some fantasy yes....though some fantasy just gets plain long...I mean it's like the publishers try to go for 700+ stories.

Today Was A Bad Day For Me:

Are you having a better day now? Yeah, totally agree...that constitutes a bad day.

    Quest for a Literary Crush

I'd go for Spellman first. They're "fluffier" reads....cleaner, crazier, slightly more realistic. Besides, Isabel is more of the Girl next door sort of young woman. Um, I think they're both 30+

    Mass Effect Series

Ha. I go console so I don't have that problem. I got The Old Republic though and that took my lovable dinosaur of a computer 4 days to download.

    Reading Children's Books

I read a lot of young adult books and a fair number of what would be considered middle grade. I like them because they're quick reads.

    Getting Kids interested in Reading

Find them interesting books is always a good start. Small rewards system might also work. Definitely reading to them. There's something nice about hearing a book read aloud, especially if it gets you to spend more time with the kid.

What do you use as a bookmark?

If I don't have a bookmark handy, I just turn the book upside down...don't like to leave them that way for long though. Hurts the spines.

    Hi from SoCal :)

I sort of wish I knew more about guns; it might be useful for some stories.
