You could probably get as far as book 8 without being too bored, but after that it's a struggle where you only read them because you've read so far and want to know how it ends.
The only other fantasy that comes to mind is George R R Martin's "A song of Fire and Ice" and that is also a work in...
I hate movies where they do that. I don't she what it's good for. I would assume it's annoying to the actors and it's annoying to listen to. I don't think anyone are fooled to think that they speak english with an russian accent i Russia.
I heard in an interview with Harrison Ford, that when...
I get a lot of the German channels on my tv, but I won't bother to watch them, everything is dubbed. I believe there are a few channels that offer the original language on another sound channel or something like that, but from what I have heard from my german friends it's pretty hard to find...
I never watch dubbed movies. I know some germans who will only watch dubbed movies because they think the actors sound strange with their real voices.

That would require that they have give you permission to speak in the first place and that they are able to hear you yelling from the kitchen.
Of topic you say, me? Never.
Snape is one of the few characters I like in this book and I don't really think he is a bad guy. I think Dumbledore was seing that he couldn't do much good anymore because he was getting weak and made a plan with Snape in order to get Snape into the complete trust of the Death Eaters. This could...
I don't really see any problem with adults reading Harry Potter, why shouldn't they? I read it and I like it and although this isn't the books that expand my vocabulary or affect my intelligence in any way, I still find it quite entertaining. I can easily get my vocabulary expanded by reading...
I wouldn't really be any of them. I would hate having to tour around signing books but I wouldn't really care much about what the publishing world thought. The other one I wouldn't like because I would hate being a professor or a teacher of any kind, and I really would hate having to receive all...
In a forum with about 10 active posters and 9 of those find you to be an annoying ass, myself included, what would you have expected? Why would you want to be there?
It's not about censorship, it's about not being able to get along with each other. I don't play with the people I don't like...
The Drawing of the Three by Stephen King.
I found it a bit tedious at times but there are some okay aspect in it. Unfortunately I don't like the new characters in the book and after book one I was pretty much hoping that the gunslinger would be traveling alone for the most part of the book with...
