This reminds me of the xiaoxiao.com website; very similar. For those who are interested, its really worth a look. It even has 1st person shooting games too.
I am so intrigued and can't wait for it to be available in English. I tried to pick up Spanish once, so that I can read him in his native tongue (mixing of metaphors?). But I don't think "Teach Yourself Spanish" tapes were designed for that purpose. I wonder if Garcia Marquez has ever read...
I don't know, I never really developed a taste for poets from the Romantic period. I've always preferred Pope, or Donne or Marvell. Like this one:
HAD we but world enough, and time,
This coyness, Lady, were no crime
We would sit down and think which way
To walk and pass our long love's...
How about Da Vinci Code?

Country..
Hey Wolhay!
I'm from Singapore originally. But I've been staying in NZ for the past 4 years now (studying). Will be heading back in Feb though :(
Thanks everyone for the lovely welcome! I ... feel .. so ..... loved..... :D
I've been looking around for an online literary community for soooOOOooOOooo long now and can't believe haven't stumbled across this site till now. Why am I always looking in the WRONG directions?!
I just signed up and wanted to give a big, effusive, extremely grateful Hello to everyone here...
Mrs. Woolf
Just finished reading Mrs Dalloway AND The Hours... thought it might be an interesting experiment to read them concurrently :p Read Dalloway sometime back but I had time on my hands, so why not. It was quite interesting really. I wonder if it is a similar experience to what a Pink...
