I just finished the prologue after thinking up the story in my mind (or atleast the main things). For sure, it's atleast 5 books :D.
The prologue takes place in a....just read it to know where it is. One thing to say is that it's modern times and this is just a prologue. The main character is...
I better save my money and my mom or dad isn't, for sure, going to take me to Borders this holiday. I was at Borders 2 weeks in a row already...Oh well, I'll just wait.
Well, I can read 1 book less than a week for sure. It's pretty easy and I don't really dwell on something important. I "dwell" (or daydream) about it during school when it's boring and I know what we have to do.
Also, like the book I'm reading currently, I sometimes do other things then...
I have to do more research before opening my mouth :o :) .
Last year, I read about 4 books in one night but they weren't so big but big enough that it would equal to about 400 and something pages. AND I retained about 86% of it (or more).

Heard it was called Glaydr (or that's how you pronounce it. I'm not getting out my Eldest book for...
Welcome to the boards! I hope you like it here.
I never go by a week anymore without reading a book at all. I also buy books when I have the chance. Always buying books more than video games :).
I read more than 1 book per week. Lucky me :D. Too bad for all of the adults who don't have time like us "youngsters."
I don't really mean every adult or most adults call me/us youngsters
I don't even know a single speed reader who can fully understand what they read. Maybe my sister understands everything....but I don't know about her.
By the start of 2008, I'm making keeping a list/journal of what I read. It's going to include date, title, number of book of year, and how...
Thanks a lot, Jez. If I have enough money when I buy The Golden Compass, I'm going to buy all three. Just have to save that money though....Like i can ever save a lot of money, lol.
