All expenses paid trip to any TBF member

If you could win an "all expenses paid" trip to spend the weekend with any TBF member who would you go visit and why?
 
Direstraits. I don't think I would ever make it that far otherwise and I like bananas - preferably split or in banoffee cake

If it would help you can pick two, but no more.

I'm struggling between picking Bobbyburns, to see what he's really like, novella for the same reason, Jenngorham so I can meet the man she's married to and Stewart. Would also like to meet Irene Wilde, and a few others.

I'll make my mind up by the end of the day.
 
i will think on this further. i had a similar thought about meeting tbf people but i won't spam up your thread, i'll post it later.
it's hard because do pick for person or place? or both?

ok well that's just an open invitation.

if you recieved in the mail an all expense paid trip to an unknown, but very posh destination to go and meet all the tbf'ers, would you go?
 
Well, I won't be home because I'll be going to visit sanyuja because not only is she a nice, smart, polite person BUT she also lives in India and when I get there I will take her and her hubby out to whatever the best Indian restaurant in town is. When do I get the check, Moto? Can my hub come too? Would you feed the dog while I'm out? :p

ok. i can't pick on personal. i can't, i won't dammit. so i pick on destination only. so i would go see direstraits. from my part of the globe it's likely to be the most expensive and exotic trip for me.

For me the question was about meeting the person. Getting to know the real guy or girl behind the avatar and screen name. That's what I'm sticking to in my thought process....I'm really leaning towards either bobbyburns or novella at the moment....although ell is intriquing too....hmmmmm...this is harder than I originally thought.

moto. i can't pick just one. cannot. i couldn't even begin the weeding out process. i would so get kicked off the island. are you picking out of curiousity? see i would pick emotionally and that is why i can't choose.
 
I don't really know anyone but . . .

I would have to pick jenngorham. For starters I've always wanted to go to Canada. It would be a good excuse to visit someone I know in NB. I don't think she'd ply me with liquor and try to take advantage of me and even if she succeeded she certainly couldn't get me pregnant. :p I think we could find a lot of stuff to talk about too.
 
curiousity definitely. I want to know what the "real" person is really like. Novella claims to be a very different person in "real life" as compared to what we are allowed to see here. I gotta believe bobbyburns is the same way. Stewart I'm not so sure about. WYSIWYG might be Stewarts m.o., but it's hard to tell.

renee, ah cheers. we would have a good time. nova scotia is soooo pretty, especially this time of year. i wouldn't take advantage.....well... ? but oh there would be alcohol. :D

wysiwyg = what you see is what you get...ask you geek computer dude husband what wysiwyg is....pronounced wizzywig....he'll know real quick I'm sure
