Hi all!
I am also from Oregon as is the young man who just posted. I am a mother of three who loves books and am always looking for new book ideas to expose to my children, my husband and, of course, myself.
My favorite books always change. Right now because I read a lot to my children they include titles/series like The Chronicles of Narnia, The Borrowers, Secret Garden, The Swiss Family Robinson, Dr. Doolittle and many other children's classics.
I also enjoy reading educational books - I am currently reading Cultural Literacy: What Every American Needs to Know by E.D.Hirsch Jr.
I just finished reading Great Expectations and am now reading critical essays on it.
