An Hour Before Daylight by Jimmy Carter

I'm about 2/3 through this childhood auto-biography of our former president and recent Nobel Peace Prize winner. (I'm reading it with the book club at my site.) It really makes you feel like you're sitting with a nice old man from a small town, hearing about his childhood. I've learned a lot of things about farming, and about life in the 1930s. It's an easy read!

I finished last night! I think the cover was right... scenes from it are going to pop into my mind for a long time!
