Anyone else get motion sick when reading in car?

This is really unfortunate because it means that I cannot do any kind of meaningful work while being driven from the airport to the office and from the office home. Tinting the rear windows didn't help and neither did getting another driver.

I like to listen to books on CD in a car....though I guess it would help if you're driving at that point.
