Are New Age books non-fiction?

Hi Everyone,
Thought I would throw this discussion out there and see what you're all thinking.
Are New Age books non-fiction?
My opinion on the matter is "no". I genuinely believe that the authors of these books believe they are writing non-fiction.
I've also had some pretty cool experiences with the supernatural.
Curious to see what you all have to say.

Depends. Some New Age books deal with alternative medicine, holistic healing, yoga and those subjects are non fiction. Stories of the afterlife, would
depend on the reader's perspective. If you believe, then they are non fiction, if you don't then they are fiction. People are just as adamant in their belief of the afterlife as not

Yep, a non-fiction argument, no matter how unproven or stretched, is still non-fiction.
