Bentley Little: The Haunted

Coming out in a week or so:

The Perry family's new house is perfect-except for the weird behavior of the neighbors, and that odd smell coming from a dark corner in the basement. Pity no one warned the family about the house. Now it's too late. Because the darkness at the bottom of the basement stairs is rising.

I seem to be the only person that enjoyed his last, The Disappearance, so I'll check this one out, even though I tend to avoid haunted house themed stories.

Now this read looks promising, and Stephen King gives a good review of the author.

This is definitely on my TBR list. Alas though, my TBR is colossal so it may take a while to get around to it.

Standard haunted house story with some creepy moments and one great scene set during a house warming party. Pretty good ending too, which Little struggles with sometimes.
