Well theres not really a way to create a book club here... More just creating a forum. This site, your able to create a book club and discuss any book, and invite friends to join the club to discuss the books with you. you can also create meetings with locations so you can meet up. I cant really find a place to do that on this site... but maybe i just cant find it
You can do that here, too.
The meetings thing sounds like something more in the style of meetup (if that place is even still around).
