Book With A Hispanic Emo Girl?

I remember reading a book with a new girl having trouble fitting in at school, but I just can't remember what it is, and it's freaking me out!!! Her first friend there was a Hispanic emo girl who told her she needed a reduction and that one of the popular girls teased her on facebook about it. There was also a non-popular guy that hung out with them, and he stormed off once when a popular girl, who was being nice so that the guy she liked (who sorta liked the new girl) would be pleased, offered to buy them milkshakes or something. If you guys have any idea what this book might be, PLEASE tell me! This will bother me forever if I don't remember it. Thanks!
