Books for Step Families?

My best friend will soon be marrying a wonderful man with a 4 year old daughter. They are looking to find books that they can read on their own and with the little girl to help everyone with the transition. Fiction or Non Fiction fine. (as long as we aren’t talking WICKED Step Mother stories! )

Has anyone come across any books which might be helpful to them?

Joseph (In the Bible) was a step-dad. Thats the only one I can think of. I do know it takes a lot of love for that to work out.
