Books on Romance for Teens

How about "The Pigman?" I remember reading it way back when I was a teen and liking it. My memory might be playing tricks with me, but I thought there was a romance element to the story. I could be wrong. Good book, nonetheless.

I have to read it anyway for something called "Battle of the Books".:D Well i dont have to, but its like a contest and if i win i get some cool prizes.
 
You probably read a few of these...,

Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli.
Pirates! by Celia Reese.
Inkheart series is turning a bit romantic.
Jane Eyre, although a classic novel, it is very romantic novel.
Hunchback of Notre Dame - The saddest love story I've ever read.

pride and prejudice by jane austen is a really awesome novel that i read and LOVED!!! (i'm 16)

um some aussie young adult books which are great are:

Feeling sorry for celia By Jaclyn Moriarty

and

Gravity by Scot Gardner

well during my teen age, i got to read pride and prejudice, sense and sensibility by Jane Austin and Love story by Erich Segal. i think those stories are here to stay for ever. try it if you haven't already, u will definitely enjoy reading them.

There are many famous writers who write romance books for teens. Here are a few suggestion according to age groups

11-15- Jinx, How to be popular, Avalon High and Teen Idol by Meg Cabot
Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer (though some might categorize it as older).

16-19- Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead
A Season of Eden by J.M Warwick
Princess Diaries and All American Girl series by Meg Cabot
Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins (it is not a romance book rather a sci-fi book with romantic elements)


Graphic Novels (manga)- Hana Yori Dango by Yoko Kamio
Gakuen Alice by Higuchi Tachibana
Just look for shojo manga on the site of shojo beat and you will find many more

I just started a really good Vampire romance novel called
"Something in the blood" its really great check it out its on Amazon.com and it just came out

2) Simone Elkeles- Leaving Paradise & Return To Paradise
3)Two-Way Street by Lauren Barnholdt
4) All books by Sarah Dessen
 
YA Romance Reads

:) Vampire Acadamy, House of Night these series are pretty good, I love them, also one more series I just got into Immortal series really good.:cool:
 
The Duff by Kody Keplinger was really good.
I also really liked Cassandra Claire's Mortal Instruments Series (the first three books) and her other series The Infernal Devices. They are both Romance Fantasy.
