Books you have bought but haven't read yet

Of all the titles that I have purchased in the last couple of months, I have only finished reading one of them. Well, I have a small stack of books from the library that I absolutely must read now or I'll never find the time to get back to them. I'm too addicted to The Thirteenth Tale to put it aside anyhow. I cannot resist anything written by Errol Flynn or Marlon Brando either.

The next book of my own that I read will probably be Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book and The Jungle Book 2. I've had the second book for many years now, but never got around to the first until recently when I saw it in Borders at $2.99 so I couldn't resist.
 
This is a really scary question. I have an addiction to buying books, but once I get them, they just sit on my shelf. I counted all the books I have yet to read and it's very long. Here are a few.

My problem is I buy books (hopefully at a bargain) that I am just DYING to read and then I take my kids to the programs at the local public library and can't help "picking up" something that I am just DYING to read more. So the shelf remains full and the library books keep coming in.

I agree! I have around 70 books on my shelves that need to be read :eek: AND I am all the time buying more. Damn addictions :rolleyes:
 
Oh god. So many books. Most of my babies are in storage but in just one month, I've managed to buy about 12 books. Did I mention I'm on a very, very tight budget? :)

My account must have a glitch because I can't see my book collection, or any collections, when I click on the links.

I am trying to get pics of my library and unfortunately I have a camera that senses light and it's to dark in my room for a picture.
I have probably about 150 books to read and come april will have more to go.
 
Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird. I've had it on the shelf for about four years now. Perhaps I'll start it as I'm now entering prime reading time for the month. I also have three Tom Clancy novels that I would like to enjoy.:)

I feel your pain.:( It is a problem-I just hate starting one, dreading the reading, only to know that a potentially better book lies unused.
