my wedding's this sunday, and i've been running around like an idiot! plenty of little stuff to do all over the place, last minute arrangements, and my dinner venue just told me that i cannot set the number of tables i asked for! arrrgh!!!

since this is a chinese wedding, there's plenty of errands to run and rules to follow...

i don't have time for my cryptonomicon yet!! the only thing i'm reading at this moment is my guest list!

any tips to help me get thru the day???

Yes. Run away. Very fast. It'll all end in tears and horror and before you know it you be a grumpy old misogynist like me. One minute it's all love and roses and the next you're sitting in a bedsit without a washing machine to your name. I wear a skull ring on my wedding finger to remind me never to do it again. Be warned.

Just breathe. It'll all work out and run like clockwork.

Best of luck to both of you. :)

Just remember, it's not the perfect moments that you'll remember, it's the little things that go wrong that will make the most endearing memories. The important thing is the commitment, not the ceremony.

ControlArmsNow Try to relax; remember who's day it is and don't let it pass you by. Many congratulations.

very good advices. for future reference. :p

Well, speaking from the perspective of 20 years of wedded bliss -- the wedding is the worst part! ;) It goes uphill from there...

hey guys and gals!!!

thanks so much for all your kind words, people!

there's still so many little to-dos i've to worry about - they never seem to end... plus i'm *still* learning my song...

billy, your advice came a little late! :D

that's a wrap!

okay, it's all done. i'm still alive. :)

everything went like clockwork, much like dele said, plus it went quickly, like darren said. there were of course some minor stuff that crops up, but having great people around supporting us it all turned out well.

and i was sober enough to cheer man utd's 2 goals. great day!

thanks for all the advice again people. cheers!
