Wasn't that just GREAT? First Nistelrooy, then Rooney... way to go! That was really more than what I expected. :) Hope they keep on winning this way.

By the way congratulations on the wedding. May you live happily ever after!

Oh, if only I'd seen this thread in time to forewarn you. Look for the signs!

My first wedding took place overlooking the Continental Divide. When getting ready for the ceremony that was about to start, my Best Man discovered he had left his pants in Denver, a 45 minute drive away. After a thorough pimp slapping, I noticed that I had left my trousers in Denver as well.

Look for the signs!

My second wedding was held out doors. Just as the part in the vows came when I was supposed to say "I do", a local firehouse's alarm went off, drowning out any audible reply on my part.

Look for the signs!

PS- Very best wishes, now that you're doomed. :p

 Any more of that and I'll be forced to report your behaviour. Some people can find the R-word extremely offensive. ;)

May I know why? :)
You don't happen to support Everton, do you?

been married since this may. i gotta tell ya my wedding wasnt stressful at all. all we did was buy our outfits, go to vegas, sign papers, then went to a gazebo said our says and done! but wheni was a bit nervous, or just not feling up to par before the wedding, i drank, got drunk, then slept. its the only way to really relax, but dont wake up with another man/or woman next toyou, that isnt your fiance.

How did you guess? And no, I'm not bitter :p

"Once blue, forever a blue", didn't he say something like that? And the next day he was playing for Man.U.?

Seriously, I think the kid is colourblind.
Besides I don't like him, but forced to do so. :D

man utd really sucked (hey, let's not mince words here. they are bloody champions, for goodnesssakes!) thus far. their roster boasts a very competent squad indeed, but couldn't find the back of the net. somehow they need a strong team to liven up their morale. their arsenal match was the best i've seen a long while. thank goodness i managed to watch that match on my wedding night.

which brings me nicely back to my topic at hand, which is of course, my wedding. :)

the morning of the wedding was really busy - my aunts were buzzing around helping to cook, and i was restless as hell (remember, this is a chinese wedding, and if you want to know what typically happens in a chinese wedding, maybe i'll write a short story detailing what happened in the writer's section of the forum). there was a ceremony that i didn't know about prepared and i had to go thru with it, and that was about the only surprise i had that day.

my only worry was: singing to get the bride (i'll explain it if you really want to know), get stuck popping the champagne cork, and tripping and landing on my face during my wedding march.

thankfully, only the first happened. :)

Congratulations, mate! Where's the honeymoon going?
Thanks, Martin!

I will be heading off to Seoul, Korea and Beijing, China for tour next month. So it's just twiddling my thumbs pretending to concentrate on work while I count down the days to my honeymoon!!! :)
