Cant Remember The Title

i read this book when i was like ten. i cant remember the title or the author or ANYTHING all i know is it was AMAZING. it was about twins who find an apple tree that takes them to magical lands and theres a lion and rabbits and all sorts of animals. it has a blue cover and a picture of an apple tree (i think) with animals in the tree.
*its not magic faraway tree OR narnia*

no i know those...the stories with jack and annie right?? this one is different...maybe it was those one-of-a-kind books...i had a copy of it with me once...but i cant find it again...all i know that is was abt twin sisters who were maybe about 10 or 11 yrs old...and the story starts with their birthday...and they end up playing around a tree in their garden and find out that its a magic tree!! and they dance around the tree and actually find out there is a land in it, where animals live and there's a lion king n all that!

maybe i should just re-write the story and put in an unknown acknowledgement!!
