Has anyone read it? I' m thinking about buying it for my sister for christmas.
Any opinions?:)
 
I have! I loved it very much. Though unless you are heavily into Japanese culture, I wouldn't suggest it. I'm also told that the story isn't very historically accurate but since I'm not a history buff, it didn't bother me one bit.

I tried reading the second book: Autumn Bridge, but for some reason I couldn't get past the first chapter.
 
Thanks for reply very much:):) My sister isn' t heavily into Japanese culture, she just likes to read about it sometimes. But I don' t think I will buy it .
