Do you have a newspaper subscription?

I used to subscribe to Bangkok Post but cancelled when they raised price. Now I read sometimes on internet or at coffee shop.

I used to subscribe to the Times Picayune [New Orleans], but living out in the country and so far off the road it was a regular pain having to get to pick it up from the driveway in the early morning rain. Half the time at least it was ruined, and no refunds were forthcoming.

Nowadays we sometimes go to Starbucks on a Sunday morning and find a NYT and a Times Picayune and sit and read them right there. I doubt we'll subscribe again.

The Age. We lived in Queensland for two years and my god I missed my paper!!!

Kinda. I browse the free weekly one that magically appears in my mailbox.

I get the Omaha Herald, and am always up to date. I really enjoy getting a quick update on current events each day. These papers still seem to be doing well.

Great publication litera, great to see another Husker on the forum. In regards to the OWH, the midlands section is my favorite. The editorials and letters to the editor do a great number on my blood pressure.

I did have a subscription to one of the lead newspapers here (Oz), the Herald Sun, until this past Monday. I found the paper becoming more and more biased in regards to its political leanings...I've opted to stay with a more balanced news view by perusing different newspapers available online.
