e-reader glitches that tick you off

New gripe-I've discovered that with some ebooks, a quoted portion to begin the chapter, presents as two letters in a descending line going on for a few clicks, depending upon the length of the quote. It would be like:

I need a book sorting tool for my Kindle fire HD.. I'm starting to build my collection but their is no ready made book shelf. it's kinda of annoying.

The Fire doesn't let you create folders for your books?

No, it just gives you recent, title and Author.. so no genre folder or anything like that and you have to scroll through every book to find the one you're looking for

That lack is a big bugbear for me.
