Personally, I never understood the draw of snowsports when I was a kid, since I grew up in socal.
Juicy Fruit commercials are actually responsible for turning me on to it at all.
Don't act like you didn't wish you were these guys with their awesome fluorescent gear.

I don't even understand what that dude is strapping around his leg! What does that have to do with anything?!
Anyhow, we got skiers? Snowboarders? Cross-country? Snowshoers? Biathletes?
I've got a pretty good snow story. Last year me and my friends rented a cabin. We took his little kids to this crummy snow park where they could innertube til they dropped. Afterward we were going to drop off the little little kids and see about some lift tickets.
Before we left, I thought I'd entertain all the kids by destroying a snowman some people had built and left behind. I was just going to get a running start and dive into it. I'm 6'7" so the thing should have exploded.
But I didn't realize that the snowman had been built days before, and it had melted and re-frozen a few times into a single block of ice.
I DID destroy the thing, but it separated my shoulder.
Let's hear some good ski stories.
