Happy Birthday Raven!!!

Thank you Kaz, and all the rest.

I had a great time this week. I took it off work because, well, who enjoys working on their birthdays?

I just arrived home after putting about 1200 miles on my car over the last few days. I drove to Missouri & back to see friends & future family. I spent a lot of time in the country while there and it was a feast for tired (old) eyes.

Before I left, my Son presented me with a gift from his band (thanks guys!) and a DVD of the Complete Master Works of Tenacious D. Good stuff!

And it wouldn't be a real birthday without buying MYSELF a present, so I ended up buying a first edition/hardback/autographed copy of China Mieville's Perdido Street Station.

I can hardly wait to see what I buy myself next year! :D

glad to know you had a wonderful week for birthday, and a nice book as a present.
 
same thing i told stella, your mow older and closer to , and then i stopped right here cause we all know whats next. happy b day.
 
This is a prime example of what happens in Taiwan when you eat too much dog meat.

You constantly crave the effection of others, and can't keep your nose out of where it doesn't belong.

Try to stay out of the German Shepherds pie before bedtime Oh Boo Hoo. The white ring around your lips could be construed as rabies. Luckily, we all know what it's from though.

Now, be a good little mutt and go chase your tail somewhere else.
