Has anyone read this?

I recently finished 'Constellation' by A.A. Smith. It's pretty good. Kind of a cross between 'La Femme Nikita' and 'Top Gun' in space. Some parts are amateurishly written but I've come to expect that from new authors.
All in all I give it 3.5 out of 5.

Yeah, I also read the next part of the series, "Sabotage". I give that one 4/5. It's much faster paced than the first and I'm interested in seeing where the series goes from here.
The author needs to focus more on character development though. I still don't feel like I 'know' Avery Clark or Alondra Suarez.
